Nomination day in Johor Jaya began at 8 am at the MBJBT carpark. Gerakan Pasir Gudang came out 50 strong in support of BN candidates, Dato Khalid Nordin, Tan Cher Puk and MM Samy. Everything went smoothly and ended shortly after 12 pm.
